Terms of Use

Last updated 16 October 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and GrowEpic Corp (“we”, “us”), a corporation registered in Wyoming, United States. By buying or using a DimeRoam plan you accept them.

1. What you are buying

A prepaid mobile data plan delivered as an eSIM profile. It carries data only: no phone number, no calls, no SMS. Your existing SIM keeps your number. We are a reseller of connectivity provided by eSIM Access (Red Tea Mobile) and its local network partners; we are not a licensed telecommunications carrier.

2. Renewal

A plan is a fixed amount of data over a fixed period. Where you turn renewal on, we top the same eSIM up before it runs out so you stay online: we email you at least 3 days before a renewal, take payment from the same card up to 2 days before the new period starts, and if that payment fails we try again for up to 14 days before the plan lapses. Renewal is yours to switch off at any time, in Profile in the app, and switching it off keeps the plan you already paid for until the end of its period. A plan bought without renewal never charges you again.

3. Eligibility and your device

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. Plans are sold for personal, non-business use; if you want connectivity for a team or a fleet, write to us instead. You need an eSIM-capable, carrier-unlocked iPhone running iOS 17.4 or later. Check this before buying: a carrier-locked phone cannot install the profile, and that is not a defect in the plan.

4. When a plan starts and ends

Unless the plan states otherwise, it starts when the eSIM first connects to a network in a covered country and runs for the number of days shown at purchase. Unused data does not carry over. A plan ends when its data or its days run out, whichever comes first. An issued profile that is never installed stays valid for 180 days from purchase; after that it expires and is not refundable, so buy close to the trip rather than months ahead.

5. Installing and deleting

An eSIM profile can be installed once. If you delete it from iOS Settings it cannot be reinstalled and any remaining data is lost. This is a limitation of the eSIM standard, not a policy we chose. Do not delete a profile you still intend to use.

6. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and include any tax we are required to collect. Payment is taken by Stripe when you confirm, by card or Apple Pay. We issue the eSIM only after Stripe confirms the payment succeeded. If your bank converts the charge to another currency, the rate and any fee are theirs, not ours. Prices can change at any time, but never for a plan you have already bought — you pay what was shown when you confirmed.

7. Refunds

Our Refund Policy forms part of these terms. In short: ask within 30 days, and a plan that is uninstalled, installed but never switched on, or still more than 99% unused is refundable. A fault on our side or our supplier's is refunded for the part you could not use, provided you report it within 24 hours.

8. Coverage, speed and fair use

Coverage comes from the local operators listed on each plan and is subject to their networks. Speeds vary with local conditions and are not guaranteed. Where a plan reduces speed after a daily allowance, the plan says so before you buy.

Plans are sold for personal use on one phone while travelling. You may tether your own laptop or tablet, but not run a hotspot for a group, a household, a shop or a set of machines, and not use a plan as a substitute for a fixed line. We may slow or shape traffic where a network is congested, or where one profile's use sits far outside what other customers do — we look at how much is used and when, never at what you are browsing. Where we do this and it turns out we were wrong, we restore full speed and refund the days affected.

9. Acceptable use

You must not use the service to break the law in the country you are in, to send bulk unsolicited messages, to run a permanent connection for machines or premises, to resell the connectivity, or to interfere with the network. We may suspend a profile being used this way; where a suspension turns out to be our mistake, we restore it and refund any lost days.

The usage figure in the app comes from the local operator and can lag by a few minutes; the operator's count is the one the plan runs on, and each session is rounded up to the nearest kilobyte.

10. Availability

We aim to keep the service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, upstream outages and events beyond our reasonable control can interrupt purchase or activation. Neither of us is in breach for a delay or failure caused by something outside our reasonable control: natural disaster, war, strike, government or regulator order, cyber-attack, or the failure of a public network, a carrier partner or a payment provider.

11. Your side of it

12. Liability

We undertake to issue the plan you paid for. The service itself is provided as it is and as it is available: we do not warrant that coverage, speed or availability will suit any particular purpose, we do not promise the service will never be interrupted, and we give no warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose beyond what the law requires. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from being offline — missed bookings, missed flights, lost business — and our total liability for any plan is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Consumers keep all rights granted by the mandatory law of their country of residence.

13. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access where these terms are broken, where a payment is disputed or reversed, while we look into a complaint or a suspected fraud, where a regulator, court or network partner requires it, or where use from one profile threatens a network. Where we end access because these terms were broken, unused data is not refunded. Where a suspension turns out to be our mistake, we restore the profile and refund any lost days. You can stop using the service at any time; unused, uninstalled plans can be refunded under the Refund Policy.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms for legal or operational reasons. The version that applies to a purchase is the one published when you made it. Material changes are announced in the app before they take effect.

15. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, and disputes go to its courts — except where you are a consumer resident elsewhere and the mandatory law of your country gives you the right to your local courts and protections, which we do not seek to remove.

Before you file. Email support@dimeroam.com first with what happened and what you want; we answer every one of these, and most things are solved in one email. Court is a last resort for both of us, and, to the extent the law where you live allows it, claims are brought individually rather than as part of a class or representative action.

16. Promotions and referrals

Credits, discount codes and partner-programme rewards come with their own conditions, shown where you claim them. Where those conditions and the Refund Policy disagree, the Refund Policy wins. A plan bought with a credit is refunded as the credit, not as cash.

17. Apple

Apple is not a party to this agreement and has no obligation to support the app. Plans are sold by us, not through Apple's in-app purchase, because a mobile data plan is a service consumed outside the app.
