202 countries, one eSIM
Travel data with no roaming bills. Installed before you fly, working the moment you land.
Where are you travelling?
What is an eSIM?
A SIM card without the card. Your phone already has the chip; a plan is installed onto it as a profile, in about a minute, over Wi-Fi. Your usual SIM stays in the phone with your number on it, and the travel plan carries the data.
What you're buying
Will it work on my phone?
You need a phone that supports eSIM and is not locked to a carrier. That is iPhone XS and later, Google Pixel 3 and later, and most Samsung Galaxy from S20 onwards. If you bought the phone on a contract, ask your operator to unlock it before you travel.
On iPhone: Settings → General → About. If there is an "Available SIM" or EID entry, you have eSIM.

Questions people ask before buying
When does the plan start?
For most plans, the first time the eSIM connects to a network in a covered country — not when you pay and not when you install. That is why installing before you fly is safe. A few plans start at installation; the plan says which before you buy.
Do I lose my own number?
No. The travel plan is data only and sits alongside your usual SIM, which keeps your number, your calls and your messages.
What if it does not work when I land?
Nine times out of ten it is data roaming being switched off for the travel line. Support answers any hour, from inside the app or by email. If the fault is ours or the network's, tell us within 24 hours and we refund the part of the plan you could not use.
Is this a subscription?
Not unless you ask for one. A plan is a single purchase. You can switch renewal on so you are not cut off mid-trip, and switch it off again in the app under Profile, with no email to write.
What happens when the data runs out?
The connection stops. You can buy another plan, or add more data to the same eSIM from the app without reinstalling anything.
Can I install it before I travel?
Yes, and we recommend it. Install over Wi-Fi at home while you have a working connection; the plan itself waits until you arrive.
Can I delete it and install it again later?
No. An eSIM profile installs once. If you remove it from your phone settings it cannot be restored and the remaining data is lost, so leave it in place until the trip is over.
Who actually carries the data?
Local mobile operators in the country you visit. We buy wholesale from eSIM Access, a licensed aggregator, and resell it; the operators behind each plan are listed on the plan itself.
Is paying here safe?
Card details go from your browser to Stripe and never touch our servers. We see that a payment succeeded, the amount, and the last four digits.
What if I change my mind?
Ask within 30 days. A plan that was never installed, or installed and never connected, or started with more than 99% of the data untouched, is refunded in full.
